Over the past three years, we have undertaken interesting research projects in collaboration with the Department of Chemical Materials and Production Engineering at the University of Naples.
Our work has focused on studying and developing new polypropylene matrix compounds containing natural fibers, optimizing processing technologies, and exploring advanced thermoplastic materials for the automotive sector.
Additionally, we have developed new formulations of expandable polypropylene compounds to achieve weight reduction and environmentally friendly materials.

Reducing emissions of volatile organic compounds in compliance with new regulations.
Minimizing defects resulting from transformation technologies (such as zero-gap, tiger stripes, and scratch resistance).

Our analysis laboratory, staffed by highly competent technical personnel, handles solutions, tests, and quality checks. Every batch of Lapolen products undergoes thorough inspection, including both molding and physical-mechanical verification. This quality control process begins during the design phase and material selection.
Our internal laboratory is well-equipped to perform ASTM/ISO/DIN analyses related to plastic materials.
